Hey Lounger! Happy Monday! I hope everything is going great with you. Today, I thought it’s best to share my Chicken Meatballs in a Lemon Cream Sauce recipe. Life has full of lemons, so let’s cook them!
I enjoy foods with pleasant sharpness and vinegary flavors. Probably because I’m Asian, lol, but a small amount of vinegar in your diet regularly may help you control your blood sugar more effectively. It helps to prevent blood sugar spikes after carbohydrate-rich meals.
Lemons may help you lose weight if you want to lose a few pounds. Lemons can also help you lower the risk of heart disease, anemia, kidney stones, digestive problems, and cancer! Lemons are not only a very healthy fruit, but they also have a distinct, pleasant taste and smell, making them an excellent addition to foods and beverages.
The caution-this recipe is so sharp but tasty!

Time to Cook: Chicken Meatballs in Lemon Cream Sauce
#1. Let’s start with the meatballs. First, combine the minced chicken meat, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, onion chives, minced onion, bread crumbs, and an egg in a mixing bowl. Next, mix all of the ingredients. After that, shape the meat into a ball. I managed to complete 17 pieces.
#2. Next, sear the meatballs using olive oil to bring out the flavors and give them a nice brownish color. Then set aside. Gordon Ramsey said that if there is no color, there is no flavor when cooking meat. I couldn’t agree more, lol!
#3. Let’s get started on the sauce. Add some butter to the same pan. Begin sautéing the minced onion once the butter has melted. I have one red onion that I have cut in half. The first half was used to make the meatballs, and the other half was used to make the sauce.
#4. After that, add the lemon juice and half of the chicken broth cube. Simmer for a few minutes before adding the water. Then, allow it to simmer once more.
#5. Then, gently fold in the cream sauce—season with salt and pepper to taste. Then toss in the meatballs.
#6. Finally, add the chopped parsley and cover. Allow it to cook for a minute or two.
#7. Serve hot with rice!
Masarap! Delicious! Svaadisht! Ochen’ Vkusno! Oishi!
- If you prefer a mild sharpness flavor, one lemon to juice works perfectly.
- You can also use lemons for skincare, remove bathroom stains, natural preservatives to help prevent browning for fresh-cut fruit or vegetables, natural ant repellant, and many more!
- Lemons should be stored in the refrigerator. Fresh lemons can be stored in the fridge on a shelf for up to a week.
